Tour Details

Join us on a spectacular Day Tour departing the Okiep Country Hotel. We leave roughly at 9am and follow the route to Hondeklipbaai via the stunning Wildeperdehoek Pass in our 4×4’s, enjoying the splendour of mother nature as she becons us with her spectacular scenic display.

After Hondeklip Baai we continue onto Kleinsee and enjoy a delightful seafood lunch at the renowned Houthoop Seafood Restuarant before we head back to Okiep via Komaggas, traveling through hills painted in a spectacular sea of red, yellow and orange wild flowers. lunch not included. (Wild Flower season July-Sept)

Depart Okiep Country Hotel – Return same

Departing from the Okiep Country Hotel, we set off on a scenic 4×4 journey through the Wildeperdekloof Pass towards Hondeklipbaai. Along the way, enjoy vibrant wildflower displays and dramatic landscapes with opportunities to stop for photos and soak in the surroundings.

Our journey leads us through the heart of the Namaqua National Park and into the iconic Skilpad Reserve, where we’re greeted by breathtaking floral displays — vast carpets of vibrant colour stretching as far as the eye can see.

At Hondeklipbaai, take time to explore this quiet coastal town, wander along the beach, or simply relax with ocean views.

We then continue to the Houthoop Restaurant near Kleinsee for an optional seafood lunch before heading back via Komaggas, where more floral displays and rugged scenery await.

We return to Okiep in the late afternoon, filled with memories of this rich and rewarding day.
